    $40,000 Added 50th Annual Texas Open 9 Ball Championship. August 26-September 4, 2023

Little "Beep Beep" shot very, very, well as a partner with Sky. Did she get to share in the cash for her efforts or does the "state" have some confounded "rule" that prevents her from getting the well deserved cash because of her age.?? (just curious...there are some other youngsters out here...

    Sighted Ferrule Aiming System

"Your" system is not new at all. The mighty Luther Lassiter demonstrated this way back in 1953 in a brief talk to a bunch of us kids (with hopped up ID cards) after he busted Danny Jones and Joe Cosgrove....giving them both the 8 and the breaks. He rotated the cue in the same way you are...

    Discussion anyone?

TY for your obviously lengthy work...explaining, posting video, etc. The posted rules for this 7 -Ball game are a little too complex to suit my tastes. It looks like a good game if played like 9-Ball under "Grady's Rules". Call all pockets just like straights. 3 Foul rule in effect. If a shooter...

The Simplest Aiming Systems to Visualize and Use

"Proof" can be in the eye of the beholder and defined by their individual biases. And....whoever is doing the 'fact checking'. The ubiquitous "they" said there was absolutely no "proof" that certain areas of the country did any vote cheating back in the presidential election. Now proof of it...

    Discussion anyone?

The aforementioned "Grady's Rules" are catching on pretty good around this state in amateur events. Eventually pros will like it too...the evolution is inevitable. (Grady Matthews was a very good pro who liked to bet large cash or small cash on games, you know) I don't know why you think anyone...

    Discussion anyone?

I like "Grady's Rules". Call all pockets just like in straights. Three foul rule is in effect. If a player misses a called shot then the opponent has the option of making him shoot again. That takes care of those "lucky" snookers.

    CTE Testimonials

"CTE Aiming has allowed me to be a top tournament winner in the American Legion Leagues and the Prince Hall Masonic Lodges here in my state. I have told a lot of people about how I was able to improve through the use of the CTE Center Pocket book. I really endorse this method of aiming for...

    CTE Testimonials

CTE Testimonials keep coming(y)(y) I have been using and studying the CTE aiming method for about 5 months now and the improvement in my game is astonishing. From the book "Center Pocket Music", I have made the Bustamante Half Ball Pivot alignment my "go to" approach. I have also looked at many...

    CTE - SP's (sight points?) / SL's (sight lines?)

"CTE limits variables and gives a systematic way to practice pool." ^ Truth. (y) (actually that's what ALL aiming systems propose to do....CTE just does it more efficiently)

    JAYSON SHAW BREAKS 626!

I'm waiting to see how long it takes the skeptics, soothsayers, and mosconi lovers to come up with "reasons" why this run by Shaw is "not legititmate". Pool room detectives are always into that horsey stuff. Watch it happen.

    Darren Appleton explains aiming

This is a great aiming tool for any shooter to add to the arsenal. (y)(y) It works very well. I had forgotten all about using it. (that's an old man for you) I know Ronnie Allen and Don Watson were using this back in the sixties and I think (?) Grady Mathews took it up from Don. (Grady and Don...

    CTE Stepping Cue Ball.

That's a good post and it defines the purpose of a solid aiming method (system, if you will.) Keep at it. If it's working, no reason to go "trying to fix something that ain't broke" A player asked Allen Hopkins once......"what do you do if you're playing the best you can play at the time and...

    MERRY CHRISTMAS

When I write my epitaph as a pool player, I will say congratulations to Stan Shuffett, The CTE Aiming Professor...and include the following words on my tombstone=====>And so it was written in the ancient scrolls that in those days a stranger came from afar. And the soothsayers and prophets of...

    CTE automatically corrects stroke issues

Your answer, as related to White and his posse of losers with their incessant rants about CTE Aiming, is this=========> Any person who becomes so self absorbed with the concept of controlling others, has an obsessive compulsive disorder bordering on manic depressive. Described metaphorically...

    CTE automatically corrects stroke issues

Of course your post is absurd and does not follow the use of logic (which you profess to be a scientist of) Jelly beans in your pocket do not have anything to do with hitting balls on a pool table with a stick. Therefore there is no "logic". On the other hand, if you had said....."I pocket balls...

CTE Testimonials just keep coming in....(y)(y)(y)(y) Being able to consistently align in a REPEATABLE manner is a huge benefit for the CTE aimer. After determining the perception, line up straight ahead on the object ball, THEN create the angle during the transition from ball address to full...
