In the BCA league that I play in, your opponent would have the option to leave the ball down, or re-spot on the table where he thinks the ball was. No foul unless more than 1 ball moves. If more than 1 ball moves, it is a foul, and any pocketed ball stays down.

I agree. It wasn't on DeLuna to make the call. But similar to what Yapp did vs Van Boening that time, DeLuna could have either said it was obvious or he heard him call it. Mika started acting like a baby right away though, so I don't really blame DeLuna here.

Watch the replay. DeLuna doesn't stand up until after Mika has turned shouting "I called 9 ball" to the ref. Of course, DeLune didn't try to "overturn" the refs decision. The ref was just doing his job. And as a player, DeLuna should know that shot is obvious.
