Mark Denton / Ed Robinson cues

Anyone own or played with either of these cues? I was just curious as to how they hit, and what production cue they might be compared to.

Wondering if "my" McDaniel cue is still around

I purchased a cue directly from Bill McDaniel in 1992, and sold it on ebay sometime in 1999 or 2000. I know this is a long shot, but just curious if it's still around. I think the buyer was in Vegas. It was a traditional 4 point, stainless joint design with two rings on the butt and one in front...

Need shaft for vintage cue (Brunswick?)

Would a Schon shaft work even though the brass part on shaft doesn’t extend as deep as the wood at the end of the original shaft and the pin on mine is not as long as a Schon? Could someone make a shaft from my photos if I got a caliper reading at the joint end of the shaft? Sorry, I apologize...

What type of shaft is this?

It does look similar to a Rich cue, but most of the ones I have seen have pointed tip on the pin as opposed to a flat tip. Did some Rich cues have a flat end pin?

What type of shaft is this?

I have a thread with photos in the main forum asking about locating a shaft or one having one made for this old, inexpensive cue, but I don't know what to ask for when seeking a shaft. I was hoping someone can tell me what to ask for. I have a pair of Schon/Joss joint protectors.....the shaft...

I have an older brass joint cue with no name (Brunswick?), not expensive but I would like to use it if I can get shaft made for it without spending too much money. Original shaft is warped. 5/16x14 threads - Schon/Joss joint protector fits in the shaft, but the threads on the butt joint aren’t...

WTB: Older Schon with stitched rings

I’m not sure if my budget is big enough, but what would be a reasonable price to pay for an old stitched ring Schon, just a basic model in fair condition but straight?

    New Here? - Introduce Yourself

Jeff here from North Mississippi I played quite a bit of pool in the late 80s through sometime in the mid 90s. I loved it, but only advanced to what I would call an advanced amateur. I couldn’t hang with the “good players”, but was slightly better than the average amateur. I owned several...
