I respect your opinion, but disagree with this statement. Have you played with a Tascarella, Tim Scruggs, Black Boar or Schon with a steal joint? All these cues play great and are still very relevant in the cue sales market. Thanks -don

Technically I know that if the cue screws together tightly the joint shouldn't matter, but I will only buy cues with 3/8-10, 3/8-11, and 5/16-14 piloted joints. I just have not cared for how cues played that have Radial, Uniloc, and 5/16-18 flat face joints.

I remember a Jensen cue where he made the four points look like flames using bright orange cocobolo inlayed into Ebony. Between Ribdoner, Joe Salazar, and me we owned that cue six or seven different times each. LOL Good Times

Here is a unique Gilbert that Andy made for Dan at Shooter's in the late 1990s. I have borrowed it from Dan off and on through the years when I was between cue swaps. LOL
