Looking for an instructor/coach in the Northern New Jersey area

Tony For my money I would contact Tony Robles. I believe he only teaches out of NYC. It'll be worth the commute from Jersey. Here's a link to his site which has information about his pool school. I'm pretty sure Tony still gives private lessons. http://www.tonyrobles.net/

I've played in tournaments that consider this a foul - they consider it an aiming device.

    Best jump cue

3-piece Stealth AT-1 jump cue I like the 3-piece Stealth AT-1. Gets up easy and is very accurate when all 3-pieces used. https://www.stealthcues.com/stealthcues/productlist11.aspx?catid=3211&page=1

    Favoritism in pool tournaments

Food and Beverage consumption during tournament play

I'm also interested in hearing what some of you do during these long days. I have the same problem. Twice this month I ran out of gas coming thru the B-side after playing 8-9 hours straight.

    Back hurting

I find this helps my issues with lower back pain. Note: I am not a doctor and you should consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program. Lie down flat on the floor with your knees bent (feet flat on floor). Lift your pelvis area up a few inches and hold. Repeat for x reps...

    Day Before Tournament

I usually play a couple of hours and kick your butt... This seems to help both of us. LOL.

6-Ball, innovative, good for the game! Tonite!

Funny - you're the third person to tell me that. I had the best view and didn't notice. I guess I was too distracted / surprised by the miscue to notice. Oh well.
