I have been emailing him this week discussing these things. Mr. Scruggs told me the average wait is 6 months and average cost $2k. Man I want one but I can't bring myself to drop the $2k, I don't know why but I draw the limit at $1500, maybe I can break that later down the road.

Im with everyone else on this, if they said 3-4weeks it meens that there going to put together and finish it, which would take about that long. When I had them make mine it took almost 3 weeks once it was cut to finish and wrap. Don't sweat it you will have a nice cue at a good price.
