    What are AZers doing today.

Nice to see full lakes, ours are drying up fast. The Denver folks, down in the flats are a thirsty bunch. Been a few years since I was up that way. That side of Flathead has enormous Cherries. I need a trip up there soon.

I watched the match and saw the controversy, but myself and the commentators did not know what it was about. Thanks for the clarification. AZ is lucky to have an insider like you!

Need Help Identifying Vintage Custom Cue – Brass Cobra Inlay, Graduated Diamond Inlays & Unusual Piloted Joint

It would have a place in my collection. I have been collecting odds and ends for many years. Not much interest in high end cues. Joint and bumper are interesting.

    Dbl butterfly silver leaf dufferin?

Nice cue! Not particularity rare but the green maple leafs are not as common as the red. eBay will be good to establish value. Glad you figured out the posting of the pictures.

    Dbl butterfly silver leaf dufferin?

I have seen one other, I think it was recently on FB page. I have a very old cue with similar butterfly points, short (all four even). They are above the handle on mine.

Chris’s and the original Surge are close to each other. But there are many other choices. If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice. Have fun! Just so happens that I just got to Chicago. Funny enough that I am here babysitting my two Grandkids too. Non playing trip (pool)...

    SVB v. Fedor Gorst

I heard that also. Scott Frost continued to say "Gorst plays the game by the numbers" I agree with that, from a financial decision I believe that is a strong decision.

I would lean away from Zebrawood. Possibly some type of Rosewood. Pictures are great, that will help. Longer than most modern cues with a flat faced joint. Brown linen joint and butt cap looks nice, the whole cue is striking.

If you can get pictures of other parts of the cue it will bring out the experts. Jimmy Lee is a member here also.
