I just had a new Irish linen wrap installed on my cue and the fibers are raised on it. I'm not sure if it was something in the install or if the Irish linen has a quality control issue. It's been starched and pressed but the issue still persists. Does anyone have any other ideas on how I can get...

As the title states, no bumperless cues or ones with orange or yellow veneers. Either Stainless steel or ivory joint is fine. Doesn't have to be new but cue condition needs to be at least very good and straight is a must. Thanks.
