Does anyone know how many are in the 9 ball?

Low Pro Players - Why Do They Do It?

Unfortunately, I think its a bit of a trap. Most don't have a degree, maybe can't do some sort of skilled labor job and play pool, so they just stick with pool. I'm a carpenter, and if someone started working with us and then wanted to take off several days and weekends to go play pool, they...

Lambros: threading the shaft to the butt

I have one and it is the toughest cue I've ever had to screw together. Never had to use something to help though, just saying I think they fit really tight. I'll be interested in his response. Thanks, Andy

Initial team usa squad is named for mosconi cup xxv

I didn't read the whole post so forgive me if this has been covered. People are saying we need to play in international events to get stronger but its expensive. Darren Appleton has the WPS going on, and several top US players didn't participate. Lots of top caliber opponents there. It would...

    DCC master of table

Is there a place to see rankings of master of the table? I think Busty was leading and Bergman in second but they are both out of 9 ball. Can one or more of the guys left in 9 ball pass them? Thanks, Andy

Jason “Buffalo” Hunt vs Scott Simonetti

Scott was on the tv show "The Hustlers". I agree, he tried to high roll, and Jason called his bluff. Now he's backpedaling, but still trying to make it look like Jason is at fault. Kind of coming off as kind of a douche if you ask me. If he doesn't want to play, just say so. I haven't read any...

Possible $100,000 match: Shaw vs. Shane or Shaw/Filler vs. Skylar/Bergman !?!

Can someone explain what he was saying about Alex? I didn't understand. Thanks, Andy

I wasn't able to listen last night, but I agree JJ is great. I have been enjoying Mark Wilsons commentary also. Andy

    WWYD - Me vs Ghost

I would make the 1 and 2 in the top corner, and try to get position tomplay the 3 in the side but keeping in mind I can play a safe behind the eight if I'm not perfect. Andy

    Chohan V Orcollo October 5 –8

I'm fairly new to the one pocket game. I've probably been watching and trying to play for 2 years or so. But you're right Freddie, Tony has looked really tired. He came out strong both of the first two days and it seems Dennis is wearing him down. My impression, (being fairly new to the game)...

So there isn't a reason to stay at mandalay? I want to check out Griffs for sure. Hoping to see some good action there. Andy

    mosconi question

I'm trying to figure out logistics to go see my first mosconi cup. I'm curious, what goes on after the matches? I'm wondering if I should stay at mandalay or if it doesn't matter. If there is a lot going on after the matches end? Or does everyone just disperse and do their own thing? Thanks, Andy

Doubles. I hate it but thats what every one wants to play.

Scotch Doubles is a Joke at Tornado

I didn't get to watch it but it sure seems like some people just want to ***** about anything. Was it extremely slow? Even in Mosconi cup, there is some coaching involved. As long as it was entertaining, just sit back and watch. As far as scotch goes, I like to watch it but hate to play it...

just got back from apa nationals.

I agree with you. I think it should be BIH in any HLT tournament. And even regular league, if someone is trying to gain an advantage. Your situation here sounds like a no brainer.

just got back from apa nationals.

I don't have a rule book handy but I've always thought that if you don't have a coach and knowingly call it anyway, then it is a sportmanship foul and BIH for other player. However, if you make a mistake and call one when you don't have one, no foul. Andy
