How does a ghost ball win compare to break and run in 9 ball?

Practice your normal break, try to make a ball and get position on the lowest number ball. If you have a good shot try and run out from there, if not use a hand span to try and get position. If you run out without moving the cue ball after the break 10 points, if you only move it a hand span...

    Orcullo vs Woodward

Filler turned down playing Shane a long race of 10 Ball earlier in the year. Shane isn't ducking anyone gambling in a long race of 10 ball. Cracks me up all these people who don't know the whole story All you people that think Filler has the best of it put up some money and stake him. Just...

Roys looking for matches for Filler

As long as Shane could make sure that every ball is frozen he would play Filler with a neutral racker. Most people have no idea that all anyone wants in 10 ball is a tight rack, gaps don't help you make a ball or get more action. Filler knows he can't break and run 45% of the 10 ball racks...

    Mr 600

I have no idea how much youtube pays for views, but I do know how numbers work. Your number is way off, the original post said that 500,000 views would pay 40K. This works out to .08 per viewer, I agree this seems high. With the video you posted, using this value the owner would receive...

Orcollo might try to beat the 626 record

Lol sometimes I wonder about people on here. You truly think it someone can run 260 on a 4 1/2" pocket they will have no problem running 627 with a 5" pocket? How about this, I will bet anyone in the world 1k - 100k they can't beat the record on the same table with the same rules that John...

    John Schmidt has beaten Mosconi

You do realize that Willie did this almost every day and went all over the country. I would be willing to bet he played a lot more straight pool than John. You are right it isn't the same thing, John did it on a larger table and ran 100 more balls. His accomplishment is nothing short of...

    just a lil rant

I had Chris Bartram call every ball and pocket in 10 ball ghost on a 9' Diamond before shooting his first shot for $5 a game. I lost $40, it was a great way to get him ready for a big match we were playing later that day.
