"Should have gone with my gut"or "my first thought was the right choice". These are myths and excuses. Truth is, the shot was missed because you didn't execute it properly. If you would have committed fully and made the shot the words would have never been said.

I liked the association played out with the idea of power and finess of the game associated with ballet and dance, very clever.

I've always thought that playing in the same manner as you practice should give you the best chance to play your best.
