The horrible work done to an Anniversary. The Anniversary i posted the bad work on was NOT done by Jim, or his crew that wirks on tables. Just to let you know, Jim and i go back about 30 years, so there's nothing you can tell me about him that i don't already know.
Here's some more work done on a GC1 in Coos Bay, OR by another Oregon table mechanic. I could go on and on, but what's the point. I'm trying to do the best i can to bring education into this industry in an attempt to better it from the installers and mechanics end of it, but it's an uphill task everytime someone recomends their buddy to work on someone's pool table just because they're good friends. Without some kind of proof, even if it's just in the form of pictures, that's at least doing something to help improve this industry. Which is why it pisses me off when someone like Joey always claims I'm patting myself on my own back, and that i have such a huge EGO! That's not even close to realty, the truth is in showing what the work SHOULD look like, so the customers at least have something to look at, something to go by, something to compare, so they can at least look at the pictures of someones work BEFORE they pay out good money, and reply with a "oh hell no, I'm not going to hire YOU, you're a HACK"""
