I am looking for black phenolic rod in the 1.375 size....linen....atlas is out and I need a couple feet..anyone got any to spare...thanks:thumbup:

I was looking for the solid rod so that I can drill it for both 5/8 and 3/4.....
Any other material make good joint and butt collars and caps besides phenolic??
In case you missed it in my earlier post....Atlas does indeed have the 1.375 blk phen solid rod in stock. They are only out of the tube. To answer your question...there are a ton of other materials that work...Elforyn, Juma, Delrin, plastic....to name a few.
yeah....I learned the hard way about derlin.....used it in some rings....and butt caps......if you know of a way to get finish to stick to it please....help me out....I saw they had the 4 foot rod and I will probably order some....just wish there was a cheaper good quaility material for black parts that wouldn't make the hit soft....and that finish and glue will stick to...
