Does the math/diagrams for the overlaps include CIT that can alter the cut angle result?

Only when you know how CIT could alter those cut angles.
Or if you know how to use CB deflection to hit the overlaps.

Do you know an "aiming system" that teaches either one?

When shooting cut shots you have to over compensate a shot so that the sideways friction of the cue ball does not push the object ball off the intended path. To combat the throw, you must aim a little wide.

If using side spin, aim to hit about 1 fractional line off your actual OB angle contact line.
How much distance you'll actually aim off your angle contact line will take some practice.
