Is there one? If no, why not? I look at the GAL and have never been burned. Obviously, completely different and I also look at member feedback and have not been burned. I’ve only ordered a couple custom cues and the builder delivered them w an invoice and said pay if you want it and if you don’t send it back. Never mentioned any upfront payment, just one number, the price shipped. I have a list in my head of members that have been burned and I will not buy a cue even touched by the builder who burned them, until a legit explanation is provided. I know I have a Searing shaft but my interaction with him was great at that time and I don’t think he was having the same issues back than. Hopefully he does make everyone whole, I did enjoy speaking with him.
