Here are two very nice Kenny Murrells cues I received today. Execution on both is clean and tight... that is why I refer to Kenny as the most underrated cuemaker on the planet. An outstanding value in cues.

The first is an 8 point Palisander Rosewood into straight grain maple. 3/8x10 Juma joint, ferrules, and butt cap. Abalone notched diamonds and dots in points and butt sleeve, 2-4oz 13mm shafts, white/green spec linen from TAD, 19.4oz. SOLD

The second is a 4 point with Ebony points and 4 veneers of natural/lt blue/orange/black. Ebony butt sleeve, 5/16x14 Stainless Steel joint, Juma ferrules, 2- 4.1oz 13mm shafts, linen wrap white/green spec from TAD shop, 19.6oz. SOLD

Murrell

Kenny Murrell has to be one of the most underrated cue makers out there. His inlays and point work is exceptional. I guess 20+ years as a Navy machinist helps. :D

Heck of a price there. Someone will be very happy!

Rex I think you hit the nail on the head!

Love My New Cue

My new 8 point Murrell plays as good as it looks. The 4 pointer looks even better in person, and Jamie is a great guy to deal with.

Thanks Steve... it was a pleasure meeting you yesterday. Always nice to do business in person. Enjoy the cue!

One Year Later

I can not say enough good things about Jamie and Kenny Murrell. I drove to Jamie's to buy the 8 point rosewood cue a year ago, and it was the best cue buying decision I have ever made. The cue played really good when I got it from Jamie with the original shafts, but then I bought the last 2, 1st generation predator blanks that Seyberts had, sent them to Kenny so he could match the ringwork and put Kamui black soft tips on them, and now I can say this is, without a doubt, the best playing cue I have ever owned. It not only looks great, it plays great too! Thank you Kenny for patiently answering my e-mails, and thank you Jamie for the great deal on my Murrell cue. See you at the Derby!!!
