Machine gun Luc Salvas...crazy right. I will be looking to see him play.

This is really one of the very best events. If you can make the journey it is the best venue for spectators and it's free to watch.

This year has a few more top tier players that are sure to make for a exciting finish.

Remember the Shaw/Immonen match from TS XXIII? 9-1 in about 23 minutes. Tough to beat!

And wasn't that after Mika got busted by Morra in a fairly lopsided match? That 23 minutes was unreal. It was over and the other table was only in the third rack. Haha.

Ok, salvas vs shaw will be fastest average time per rack?

Yes, Mika lost back-to-back 9-1 matches -- the hot-seat match to Morra and then the semifinal to Shaw.

Wiki says Salvas is 52 now. Still young enough for speed pool!

What a strong list of players! I, too, am looking forward to seeing Luc Salvas again.

Scott Frost is going to be in the house. Long way from home for Scott.

Bergman is on the waiting list....
I guess he tried to entre too late.
You almost have to pay your entry fee in that Turning Stone for the one in January if you want to be sure to play on.

I talked to Rodney last turning stone and he said that would be his last time for a while. Gonna travel playing.
