1 Handed draw shots

I have heard stories about players jacked up almost on the rail with the cue ball with the obfect ball at the other end of the table and drawing the cue ball back the length of the table. Is their any video footage of someone doing this? Perhaps Ronnie Allen or Geese or one of the great one handed players. I would really like to see it!!!

Look on youtube, search for Larry Nevel, there is a 7 - 9 minute clip of him showing off several of his trick shots. I'm at work (youtube blocked) otherwise I'd provide a link.

A little grainy and some guy laughing through the whole thing, but he shoots the shot you describe (in 2 or 3 attempts) as well as many others that very few people on the planet could execute...

this was done on a bar box though...very tough to say the least...but still a bar box

Totally amazing. On the 3rd try he drew it back to the end rail and it came off another 2 feet. It's about 2 minutes and 45 seconds into the video. Here is the link:

Larry is insane... I tried this and gave up after 5 miscues in a row. I can barely do it with two hands! But this is Larry Nevel... a man who can soft draw 5 rails lol. I've watched matches where the commentators can't stop laughing when he breaks because everyone within a 20' radius temporarily goes def.

I have 6 -R- (Jerry Rauenzahn) cues and a 7th in works. After the 3rd cue I bought him the Binford 9,000 turbo lathe so he could make my cues faster. It runs off twin marine 350 Evinrudes just in case there is a power outage at his shop!!!

Shoot...now I am highjacking my own thread!!!

Larry's stroke is insane

Larry came through town a few years back and after a match he was getting proposition bets out of doing that shot with 2 hands and then 1 handed for free on a 9 footer.

The funny thing about it, he got the rock closer to the back rail doing it 1 handed than with both hands.

But he left with the cash!
