i sometimes only get on the table an hour a day....i use the shots in bert kinisters 1st video aptly called the 60min workout....been using this for the last month and my game has jumped up a notch already.....you won't believe it till you try it

I don't always have an hour and its usually not uninterrupted(kids like to watch and ask questions), but am always looking for more drills.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. The point of the thread was to here what people thaught was the most important parts of thier practice and why
because if you have 2 or more hours a day to devote to pool total... I have a weekly workout that I will share with you that breaks my week up into playing days and training days... I don't play on training days and I only do my warm up on playing days..
and it is working out REALLY well for me.
