Please post offers and or suggestions for the best playing cues $100 or less.
I know I can't get too picky, but I prefer a wrapless cue around 18 to 19.5 ounces.
I have a short list of a few I found.
New Players HXT4
New Players Sneaky Pete
New Action Sneaky Pete
New Rage Sneaky Pete
Used Shmelke Sneaky Pete
Well used Lucasi

Please let me know if you have another suggestion or your opinion of these cues on my list.

My billiards background.
Favorite cues I have owned in order of personal playability:
Old School Blue Grass Hustler
Blue Grass Hustler
Blue Grass Ebony Player
Pat Diveney Butterfly Hustler
Early Black Boar
1968 Plain Balabushka

Wanted to let you know I have owned and played more than 50 high quality cues in my lifetime, but need a $100 bar cue that I don't need an armed guard to protect.
I have very little playing experience with cues in the $100 price range, so I'm asking for help.
PM if you have one you think I might want. Post if you have a commercially available suggestion or a helpful opinion on one or more of the cues on my list.

I would go with the Shmelke Sneaky Pete if it's in good shape.

You might want to look at the McDermott Lucky cues. The whole line is less than $100 and I believe there's 30 models. They play great and for the money it's hard to beat. Also the players HXT line is right around $100 and I hear good things about them. I have a cheap non HXT players cue that I will not get rid of because it plays so well. For my money I'd buy something new unless you could find a deal on a used cue for under $100 but buying new you get a warranty too.

Talked to David at Schmelke and he let me know that I can purchase a new Schmelke Cue for $100 or less. David recommended a M020 Bocote Cue for $90
Or a Bocote or Cocobola SP for $100. Schmelke offers these cues in other wood, but Cocobola and Bocote were suggested by David for their solid feel of hit. Please keep the replies comming.
Thank You

I had bought one cue from this guy! Is the first one in the second line. It's a simple rosewood cue with two shafts SW style.

I have some cues with a price upper than 1000$ and no one play like this! 0 deflection, great balance, nice wrap. Incredible for 69$!!!!!!!

Probably I'm just lucky but you can try to ask to this guy one proposal! And don't forget the you have 2 shafts for each cue!

I'm from Italy and i'm not involved in any business with this guy from china it's just a suggest because I am impressive about the playability of this cheap cue!

You can email me for other info!

Regards
Ale

Cuetec - you either like 'em or you don't

My downstairs cue near my 9 footer is a $60 cuetec. I put a Moori tip on it and I think it outplays any other cue I own! That includes several high value customs. I don't take it out to play, but if I'm ever going out to rob strangers, this cue will be coming out to get some!

For $50 more you can get yourself one of those beautiful custom Dale Perry cues.

He will make your preferred weight and shaft taper.

I owned and sold a couple $400 Dale Perry cues. They had an respectable feel to them, but still middle if the road. Not bad, not great. My Lucasi L-EL I paid $75 for slightly used made more balls for me. That was my bar cue that I sold and am now trying to replace.

Under $100 - go to Ebay

1) You can find a very nice Fury NR series cues on Ebay for under $100, could be new but probably lightly used. Excellent cue, very well made, with spares and shafts readily available.

2) Dale Perry's on Ebay are a bargain for $130 to $170. American made and tip size, weight, shaft taper adjusted to your specs.
