The odds of calling the 10 ball on the break and making it that pocket, makes the thought even ridiculous. The break is hard enough in 10 ball as it is, so why would you just want to give the non-breaker anymore of an advantage?
How would you like to make three balls on the break and not make the 10 so you have to turn over the table?
In low-mid amateur level it's strange to make a 10ball runout, so the break isn't very important. And without magic rack, it is not that hard to make the 10 in the corner, it happened to me some months ago, a guy won me a game this way (he called the 10 on the corner every game, he made one but almost in every break the 10 was moving in the direction of the pocket)
