It will be a great opportunity for ANY type of business to advertise in. There will be a large number of high level/Pro players at this event!

is this quarters or green fee?

4bearsclassic

As of right now it is quarters, $1.00 a game, we are working on a couple diffrent things to cover the cost of tables then make it green fees. I Should know soon.

quarters

it helps cover some of the cost of 32-40 tables that we bring in, we are trying to raise some $$$ or find some sponsors for the cost of tables if we can find some sponsors it would end up 14k added to the 8ball or even 12k added 8ball and 5 k added 9ball , but its so hard finding sponsors for pool tournaments,

i bet thats alot of Quarters lol 128 players that can add up but its all worth it gotta Support Great tournaments like this

I think quarters is the fairest way. The players that "cash" bear a greater part and if you go 2 and out, you're only out a few bucks.

This is gonna be one awesome barbox event!!

Played a local tournament last week at $1/game. Placed 7th/8th. After the $25 entry and about $50 in quarters, I "cashed" for $5. 9th-12th paid $50 and would have saved some $5 in quarters. 13th-16th paid $30 and would have saved some $10 in quarters. 5th-6th paid $100 and would have added about $5 in quarters. If I would have known I had to place in the top 4 to come out ahead, I wouldn't have played.

I'm sorry but the numbers just don't add up. After quarters, there really wasn't any money added, but it was advertised as such.

A $10 greens fee is very reasonable for a tournament of this magnitude. At least I know exactly what my expenses are going to be. This is important if I am traveling 13 hours to get there.
