Here is a nice cue. It has a total of 120 inlays with ivory, Poa, and MOP. The large oval inlays are Poa which is abalone on steroids. Its really cool looking. The photos can't capture the colors. The rings are MOP diamonds with Poa inlays. The four boxes in the butt have five veneers around an ivory window with a Poa inlay. The leeve is jet black ebony. There is a total of 12 points. 4 long, 4 short with an ivory spear and 4 ivory points recut into the ebony. The joint is flat faced solid ivory. This cue weighs 19 oz. with 2 shafts with ivory ferulles at 13mm. The joint and shafts have ivory stitch rings. One shaft has minimul play the other is never been used. Bob did a nice job on the leather wrap. All in all this cue is mint except for the one shaft having been slightly used. I will ship this cue for 1800.00.

Real nice, I wish I had the money for this one, this would be the Runde to add to my collection. Good luck with the sale, also at a great price. A lot of work went into this cue.

Not that I have seen that much Runde cues (despite of constantly looking for them on the net) this one is probably the most awesome looking one I have ever seen - and I reckon that it will be in the future for a long time...
I fell in love with this cue... I am by no means close to this price range (despite that it's priced very-very fairly) but I swear that if I had the money I'd have bought it already!

P.S.: could you post a picture of the whole butt please?

Runde cues

I think this is a good buy on this cue for the asking price including shipping. I wish I had the extra money to buy it. Good luck with the sale....

Thanks everyone for your interest and appreciation for this fine cue. The PM's have all been answered. The cue is still for sale. Please, no trades and the price is firm.

What kind of pin is it 3-8X10? It looks like a 5-16X14 but it is not piloted. If I am seeing the picture correctly I see 10 threads, so it must be a 3-8X10. Wasnt this posted before as a flat faced 5-16X14? That is the nicest Runde that I have seen, but cueaddicts.com had one that was a close second, actually wjpr had one that was also a close second. It must play pretty nice. I have never hit with one. I am assuming it hits moderately stiff.

I'm pretty sure that Bob Runde uses a 5/16x14 thread pin on his ivory jointed cues and they are flat faced on the ivory joint and piloted on the SS jointed cues.
