I love Ivory.

Everything white is ivory (including ringwork) with some huge pieces (point/buttsleeve inlays)... buttcap and joint (to be installed) are also ivory.

I'll provide updates when cue is finished. The number of ivory inlays might still increase.


This cue is already 11 months in the making and is NOT yet spoken for, by the way. :cool:

Very nice looking. I wish you the best in selling it, but if you sell it here in the States, The trick will still be, To get it here.

Thanks sir. We have shipped to more than 20 countries worldwide in 23 years in the business, and although bulk of our clients are from the US, we have a substantial following from EU countries as well, where ivory is no issue at all. I have shipped several cues with ivory to the EU and in Asia. :)

The only way for this cue to get inside US is for the owner to personally carry it going to the US. :)

We pride ourselves of being the real deal, and not just press-releases. :rolleyes: We try to show how we do it it whenever possible.... because it's very easy for anyone to say "our cues are handmade" if you know what I mean. We owe it to all of our clients, to all future clients, and to everybody, the authenticity of our work. :wink:

I have a CITIES permit for a sport hunted elephant, so when I trave with a ivory cue I have one of the permits with me. I have never been questioned but if it ever came up I would claim the ivory in the cue was from the elephant on the permit. They give the elephants serial numbers for lack of a better word. Ralf teavelled in and out of America lots of times with his Joss and it was loaded with ivory, he said he was never questioned. I dont give the airport people much credit for brains to know if its ivory or not, theft is more of a concern. Fed-x has also never frailed me either.


I wouldnt be to worried about the ivory police-except at the airport in Alanta(they know their shit) cause all the safari folks travel from there to Jo-berg SA to go hunting so on re-entry they know alot about ivory and other safari related stuff.

Thanks for the info. You just can't imagine the desire for us to ship cues with ivory to the US. But because of shortcomings of some before us, shipping ivory to the US by concealing it and being caught, US Customs have been much strict with cues coming in from the Philippines. I am not worried about FedEx as they never failed me. But I do not have control if US Customs would hold the cue because of ivory. I wouldn't take the risk of being blacklisted by US Customs for smuggling ivory, if & when it is caught. I am deeply sad, really... like it would be so much more who could benefit from this if not for that ivory importation issue. A US$2000 price tag for example, on this remarkable cue, I believe is very much reasonable... and I have several of our US Customers wanting it because of the low price... but unfortunately, I can't ship it. :frown:

That is a beautiful cue! I really love the design. It is very dressed up, but not over the top. Still comes across as a classy looking cue.

I love the bridged points! Super nice!! The detail is awesom, but the cue taken as a whole is even better.

Hey Les, that's a OH MY GOD Cue when i see this over in Singapore. Haha.

I give you a lot of credit for doing great work. I like the design of the cue a lot, and REALLY respect the way in which you have to make the inlay pockets and do all the work painstakingly by hand.
