That cue is so HOT!!! I can't wait till I get my Tad!!!

Hello Chef,

Just a question. Would it be a concern to U that 1 shaft is traight and the other wobbles? Don't Tads usually have the name stamped on the butt cap? This one doesn't as I can see, would that be a reason for concern?

Would U play with this cue or just keep it as a collectors item?

I would love to have a TAD!

Bum,

All cues that I have bought I have played with. It is one of my criteria when I purchase the cue that I have to be able to play with it. Its an instrument afterall and meant to be used. As for the factors on collecting a Tad, I'm pretty new to cue collecting. I think you need to ask some of the resident experts. I basically buy what I like which is how most people approach any hobby.

Thanks, Chef

I feel basically the same way. I buy what I like and can play with. If none of the shafts are functional for playing then to me the cue is not as attractive for my purposes.

Could some of the more knowledgable guys chime in on this topic, please.

to whom are you talking???

From your listing :

"THIS CUE DOES NOT HAVE A MAKER'S MARK ON IT. I VISITED TAD'S SHOP IN 1998, SHOWED IT TO HIM, AND VERIFIED IT. HE SAID, "OH YEA, I REMEMBER MAKING THIS CUE, ONLY TIME I EVER MADE THAT JOINT!!".

So I wondered why you didn't get something solid.

Sorry

I just get so used to guys referencing their own auctions that I leap to a wrong conclusion.

I don't.

He didn't say, which lends itself to he doesn't.........or he'd have said so as a selling point.
