When you leaving again TR? I got Eric wanting to send you off with a box full of tournament flyers to drop around the DCC. That would be the BEST advertisement really, since they'll just be able to swing over here the next weekend after.

Sweet man! There are a LOT of players not signed up yet that are coming as well, so it's going to be a HUGE tourney this year :grin:
 
All you out there not wanting to play pool during SuperBowl weekend, I completely understand, but I can also assure you that the game will be on the Big Screens and all the other TV's down @ the pool room on Sunday.

So, bring your sticks and watch the game too :smile:

Oh, since so many of you have commented on last years live feed and archived videos not having sound, it was because our audio last year was crap.

We will have newer/better equipment this year and that includes the audio and we're also looking into putting in a table mic over the feature table to get more of the players ranting/raving and everything else. We'll also have some commentating and other things this year :)

I forgot to mention, there will also be some raffles and auctions for a few things such as cues, accessories, gift certificates and so on...
 
my moneys on jeff sergent....played a doubles toury with him in chicago...just before going to vegas in 05' we won the local...his team won 3 man in vegas that year our 8 ball team took 5th...great bar box player....and a funny m.f. too!!!...LOL

back from the Derby, and thought I'd throw out a little rumor I heard (KJ can confirm if he sees an entry from him) - there may be a fellow that goes by Hennessee there! :cool:

I guess if the registration list is updated on Friday, we can decide about getting up with the chicken's and heading up North for the auction.

If I oversleep at least I can watch some of it at home.:cool::cool:

getting up with the chickens....poolplayers slay me :rolleyes: Anytime before NOON is too early! lol

My summer teetimes on Sat. and Sun. are PRE 6am :p
