I have 2 titlist the first one is a 1950's model it is stamped 20oz still has the bumper. the second one is a 1940's model is stamped 17oz this one still has the sticker one although it isn't in the best shape and at some point someone drilled out the butt most likely to add weight. both of these cues have been in steady use till about 2 years ago as house cues at a local pool hall.
Both of these are exellent candidates for conversions.
asking 450 for each.

Good Luck with your sale!!!!

I'll admit I also can't see a darn thing in those postage stamp sized pictures, but they must be SUPER nice for that asking price. Here is a link to a 40s model with label that sold on eBay last week for $225. That's a reasonable price for a cue to be used as raw materials to bulid a conversion, since you're going to have to put another $700+ in to it to get a finished cue from a reputable maker. At $450 each, you're talking about a collector quality cue in great condition that someone is probably not going to cut up. Just my .02.

I dont think he was asking opinions. This is the for sale or wanted section. Main forum is here http://forums.azbilliards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6
Unless I read your post wrong, was there an offer there?

ATM I think you should buy both of them for $900. It's a steal! ;) And then give me a ring. Probably being qualified as an expert in these cues, I own quite a few and I would like to sell them all to you. :)

I feel that my fellow members have a right to know what the current fair market value is for their protection. From your iTrader rating I can see that you are also an active buyer/seller, and probably have your own opinion... And by the way, providing details of a recent transaction involving a similar product is not opinion, it's called fact.

to clarify I'm asking 450 OBO!!!!!!!:) :) :) as far as the E-bay is concerned one went for 455 in similar condition to both of mine 2 days before the one went for 225. Mr Hoppe I'm quite sure you know alot more about these cues than I, so I have to ask what is the current fair market value??? I'm not sure why I'm getting knocked by you or anyone else????
also I'd like to post bigger pictures but can't figure how to get them to work

If interested in either of the cues make an offer please.

If you want to email them to me I will help you out with the pics.
Im sure Mr. Hoppe knows a little about these cues, but I would not let ebay dictate what you want for them. You posted an ASKING price and this forum has a pm function. If someone wants to offer advice on what you can get for them or make an offer, do it through pm. IMHO that would be the polite thing to do. But what do I know look at my itrader ratings. Good luck.
