2001 Accustats 8 ball invitational. Efren Reyes vs. Roger Griffis. Race to 8.

In the booth..Billy Incardona and Tony Annigoni

Hellofa match..and I thought Tony did a great job in the Booth.

Final thought: I kind of liked the zebra striped 8 ball with all other balls traditional and playing on green cloth.
Maybe a certain Brit lady who likes weird and messy colors could take notes?

This event was part of the 2001 Los Angeles Billiard Expo, held only a month after 9/11 at the Burbank Hilton Convention Center. The fact that the event was held at all is a story in itself.

I liked this tournament a lot. Billy I. was in rare form in the booth, even though I didn't agree with his analysis every time, I think he explained his reasoning exceptionally well in these matches. I also liked the striped 8 ball (for tv). Learned quite a bit from the videos from this tournament.

LOL! "Rare Form" a good way to describe it. Had to laugh at the post match "interview"...Billy trying to tell the winner what he could/should have done. Kind of like telling Warren Buffett what stocks to buy...
