$2000 Added WINNER break Race to 9 nine ball @ Rack Daddy's Quincy Ill. Sat Feb 27

Yeah thats what I would want is to go play and get drilled by jessie bowman. Why? Just an easy exscuse so theirs no pressure.. Sarah played as a B+ last time she was in the weekly handicap tournament and didnt cash. I really havent seen you play watchez other than one pocket with suitcase, but I would think you could get in as a 5 or 6. I like any 5 or 6's chance getting 7 or 8 on the wire alt. break. Chicken ranch, come down and you will get a chance to se someone like tony fargo snap all the young champions off like last time he won the open against the likes of Henny,Baraks,quinn,Vilmont, and Raulston to name a few. I will play as a 10 and Ill take my 4 games against these caliber players cause I know I need them. Handicap gives everyone and I mean everyone a chance. If they didn't handicap sports games with points, who would win most of the time? The favorite- thats right so make your donation and youll at least be able to say "well I got beat by Jessie and Jamie Barraks".

Thats exactally why a champion will never be born and raised in cape everyone has to have the nuts to get up and play pool. noone can ever play even in a tournament.... Ever! they are brainwashed the best player always wins blah blah.He cant win. blah blah I know, Ive been going there since i was a kid, i have some good friends there but ugh the mentality. Oh and i dont need excuses for anything,I play to beat them guys, and if i lose, I try to figure what went wrong and better myself to go up a level or two in self confidence, but its all in good fun.I love the competition .besides that, if i do "Donate" that weekend it will truelly be to the best player on that given day who has worked the hardest to be in the winner circle and he deserves every penny he earned it

you can always find a game in CApe if looking?

yup I know....been going there occasionally for years your two games in cape g. are.... play a champion a local will stake him:rolleyes:or give a local the nuts he might get out of the chair..... if hes stealing;)

Chicken Ranch-I'm sure if you come to Quincy you will be able to get plenty of action. It seems someone is always looking for action at Rack Daddys. If not-Sam could line you up a fair game.

Action is not hard for me to find.I have good games standing in line to play me, just a matter of getting my money right!Ill be good moneywise in time for quincy. For the record though i do not bet real high, anyone who knows me will vouch, and I prefer ahead sets@ roughly 10-20 a game bb 9 ball(of course like anyone else,If I like the matchup) , not because of any doubt in my personal ability but because i am poor. I love competition.Oh another note for the record I am not trying to bash cape g or capes tourney,because if it was another weekend, I would definately be there! But for me pool is NOT my bread and butter or I would starve:smile:I play for the love of pool ,the pressure of being an underdog,and the chance to catch good rolls and possibly play good in the toughest tournament I can afford to be at on a given weekend. They are both great tourneys, and I appreciate both establishments for making them happen, ty:smile:

I want to go to both as well

Will you be at the next tourney?

How did you do in the last one?

If you are from the Quincy area, Sammie will be awarding a benjarmin for highest finishing C player and B player. More details at the event. Bump for Wednesday night. Got to go to pool league, or should I say beer league.:rolleyes:

QUOTE=markpatrick;2250893]The next $2000 Added 9 ball WINNER Break race to 9 will take place on Saturday February 27th @12:30 sharp. Bring an overnight bag as this tournament is expected to fill up and the big money winners will finish the tournament on Sunday.

Stay tuned for Flyer Post.:wink::wink::wink:

Winner break will draw those players who enjoy playing heads up and do not prefer a handicapped event, where the locals have the benefit of the doubt? There is NO doubt at Rack Daddy's You can break and run racks until your match is over and not worry about getting smoked by a 4 that shoots like an 8 but plays at the room all the time.

$40 bucks and NO quarters !!!!!!!

:eek::eek::eek::eek:[/QUOTE]

Looks like some big guns are heading to Cape. That will give grandpa AJ a shot at the Quincy event. I would like to thank Jimmy for going to Cape. I might not like how much AJ goes for in the auction however?:wink:

jimmy knows whats up! He knows the $$$ and the action will be there in cape. Everytime you make a post about both tournies being good for pool Mark, you turn around and continue to bash the handicap?????????? There will be action for AJ in cape, not to mention a 10,000 to 15,000 calcutta.

Thanks for bumping up the thread

PICKING WINNERS IN A RACE TO 9 WINNER BREAK IS EASIER THAN A HANDICAPPED EVENT.

I will stake one or two players that will go to Cape for me. You will not even know who they are.

Buy some of them

I know all the real players from the stl, no one will slip thru trust me

I will be staking a couple players, and they will be buying 1/2 of their calcutta, or ALL of it if it goes cheap.

Picking a winner in a handicapped tourney is a crap shoot. Devin Mayes won last year, and Raulston came in 2nd place.

Good Luck.:eek:

Just 4 more days

5 days from now.:):)

Jesse Bowman just won Olathe. If he is at the tournament he most likely will be the first blind bid. Some strong players from Iowa are also expected.

Race to 9 winner break, great chance to see some players stringing racks.

Jack Cooper will also be there with Louie Roberts DVD's. If you do not have one, you will want one after you get a free preview. :eek::eek:

we have been getting a lot of phone calls on this tournament i think it will be our best turn out yet hope to see ya thier
