I haven't seen an all-inclusive post of which AZBers are attending the 2006 DCC. Mostly, everyone has their posts scattered throughout the forums.

I guess I'll start and see if anyone else wants to follow suit... please post which days you'll be attending.

Attendance Dates - 01/11/06 (Wed) - 01/15/06 (Sun)
Events - None (not entering any of the main events)

Maybe we can sticky something like this since it's coming up pretty soon.

I go almost every year. I think it's the Greatest Show on Earth. This is the first time I am taking a date, and I'm a little concerned about that. But she loves pool as much as I do, so there should'nt be any problem.

Events - 9-ball (and mini tournaments)

Looking forward to meeting many AZers and seeing alot of old friends.

It's gonna be my first time going and I can't wait.

Attendance Dates Jan 12 (thursday) - Jan 15 (sunday)

Booth #5. Our usual "give away" is a leather shaft burnisher if your brave enough to come by and identify yourself as an AZ poster. Of course, I will also have a limited selection of the ProLite cases that you can check out first hand .;)
 
I'll be there from 1/5 thru the one pocket and may stay thru the 9-ball
Events--- Banks-- one pocket-- mini's-- some cheap 1 on 1 banks and one pocket.

I've made this my #2 vacation spot for the year. Even though this one comes first date wise. Been there the last 4 years.
 
I'll be there for the whole thing!!!

My 2nd year attending - I have marked the DCC as our (Alex and I) "yearly" vacation for every year from here on out!

You must attend if you are someone who loves the game.

Events - None (I made my "deposit" last year!! ;) )

Tried to do the whole thing last year, and well, 6 hours sleep in 10 days didn't set well. So much action at night, and matches during the day, it is so hard to see it all. I agree, it is the "Greatest Show on Earth". I also had a great time at the US Open, but DCC is the real "players' get-to-gether".:D

rwomel, I don't plan on getting much sleep. LOL, many have already warned me but there was no need for it. Once I heard things go 24 hrs there... I knew that sleep is going to be a lost cause.... and highly overrated. I can sleep when I get home! :p
 
Attendance Dates - Either Thursday the 5th or Friday the 6th. Not sure how long I will be staying. Depends on what my group wants to do! Last year was my first year and I can not wait for this year!;)

If I can find someone to give me a ride to the store, I hope to have a cooler full of beers. (Not very easy or practical to fly with a cooler) :p
 
There is a store 1 exit down,if you bring me back beer too you can use my Jag.

I'd use a bicycle pulling a red radio flyer wagon if it meant that I would have beer on ice while at the Derby! :D
