Mike, with all due respect and it's your forum to run as you see fit, but I don't see this *member* banned.
I believe Mike is waiting for TAS's action on this raffle.
I'm submitting a refund request from PP now.
So with all this going on and Tas never responded to me about my request for a LOA now can this raffle be going on still? Is he just trying to take his money and run?
I'd think with Mike our AZ mod warning us about this we all should listen....

And running it with 4-6 spots requesting a refund. To bad that a person acts this way and abuses the raffles for a profit.

"Surely" what happen to the guarantee? Letting this raffle go off without knowing is just no good. Under these circumstances and LOA should be provided and not out of line to request. IMO

Well I didn't do it at the end, realizing exactly what you mentioned above. Since PP requires the URL link of the purchase, so I'm not entirely sure how to proceed yet.

I tried the same thing but when i saw we need to add the link, i cancelled it right away! we cant do much to request from paypal but we need to get refunded from TAS himself.

Hopefully Tas will step up here and see the wisdom of proactively refunding everyone in light of his newfound credibility problems.
I don't see a huge problem with this raffle cue but must say these pictures are terrible. I would also not put much stock in the referenced proficentbilliards cue image as far as comparison sake.

richard sign differently from year to years.
before 1980, he sign richard black'1979.... in the 2000 he started to sign richard black month year...
if u don't believe ask richard if he ever changes the way he sign his cue.... there is no fixed way he dated his cues. but his signature is most the same
this raffle will go on because this ia a real richard black..
any cue collector can see from all the pictures in my first thread.

I have kept my mouth shut, as is my way, but I must say PLEASE do not involve Paypal. We all enjoy the raffles. There is no one who spends more in them than me. I hold quite a few with quality products. I've always been fair and I'm sorry to see someone who may not be. I know I would pay $56 for that cue even if it's not a Black. I would be mad for being scamed, but not willing to give up the raffles. The guy is done in the raffle setion and let it go at that. We can't gamble on losing everything.

Are you going to raffle this thing off and just exclude those who are uncomfortable with participating in your raffles and refund them their money and if their number hits it goes to the next highest number (or something to that effect)?
I just want to get this over with and be on my way. But you need to come up with a plan that is honest and fair:
Either the cue is a fake and you refund everyone and that is the end of it,
Or if the cue is genuine, you just let it go tonight and whatever happens to you happens to you.
Whoever wins this is obviously going to have it verified, so keep that in mind.
Either way, I'm not going to wait for this raffle to not fill and not get my money back.
Please advise!

tasaddicts, even if the cue in the pictures are real, the one you will be sending out will not be real. stop trying to screw people over one more time and refund their money like they are requesting!
I have emailed Mr. Black and he said he CANNOT verify the authenticity of this cue based on the pictures provided. So your statement of "The pictures of this cue are authentic" is just another petty attempt for you to use twisting language to get over on us. Do you REALLY think we are that stupid!

Might as well say, This Black is a fake, so when I listed it, I decided to list pictures of a real black, then say the pictures are of a real black, so 'surely' this must be real."
