Looking at the results of the 2009 USBA National Championship, I found it quite interesting to see Mark Jarvis as a participant.

There really are not a lot of tours and tournaments in the USA, not counting the $2000 and down ones. If they REALLY wanted to they could all get together and make a rule. Something like, "you can't play in an amatuer tournament if you have cashed 16th or above in a $10,000 (total purse) or above tournament or cashed higher than 8th in an open tournament with over $5000. in purse. That's probably not the right numbers for it but it could be worked out if they wanted to. This doesn't stop the road players, but most good road players don't want their name and picture on the Internet. They don't play in tournaments because they want to stay under the radar, Johnnyt

What's even more intersesting is watching him run 11 and out on you in a race to 25.

Awesome!

As widely know as he is as a bank pool, one-pocket, and nine-ball player it's nice to see he plays 3-cushion at a highly competitive level.

Very few poolplayers can attest to the same:

Efren Reyes, Ernesto Dominguez, Rafael Martinez, and ?
