Bobby Chamberlain runs 258 on a Diamond table

Hey Andy marked it up buddy.I just ran 258 tonight on the 4.5 inch pocket diamond at hardtimes.This is my 2nd highest run.I really thought I was gonna best my 268 run.I think I am going to buy a gold crown in the next week or so to see if I can put up a couple of higher runs on a easier table.

incredible shooting Bobby, get that camera going so when you topple your run there will be a time capsule of it... And maybe you can share it with us..

Shouldn't be long now !

I can't even imagine that kind of #'s. That is so incredible. It is truly World Class.
I am having so much trouble just trying to run 100 for the 4th time in my Life on camera. It isn't funny.
Congrats, you are one of the very few.

new personal high

I realize it pales in comparison to the high runs listed here, but i managed my first 70 ball run yesterday.
Very clean- with the exception of one difficult (i.e., long) break shot, the run required no trick shots or flyers. Played good secondary break shots and utilized insurance well throughout.
Missed my position on the key ball and left myself a tough break shot, which i jawed while breaking the rack nicely.
Thanks, Jim

Note to John Schmidt: achieved my personal high less than two weeks after getting my first OB shaft. It is as good as you say it is.

So close :-(

Hussa, ^

after shooting some 30´s and 40´s during the last days i made today my personal *2nd* highest run since i play pool. I ran 97- the last 2 racks were horrible; were more like *trick-shot* tests -_-. Finally came back into line and missed on this position ......grrrr
Deadly straight-in shot on the key-ball...just an easy draw-shot...and missed....i was so pissed :-( but ofc proud of it at least :o)

Awesome Shooting Ingo !!!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I Hate when that happens, getting caught on the 50 Yard Line. a .01 % of an angle you probably would have been fine !!

I expect after that some even higher numbers very soon.

Did you happen to setup the camera for this outing ? Post it up !

Steve

Ratta: 97 is an excellent run by any standards. sometimes on those longer draw shots, i watch the cue rather than the object ball to make sure that i hit center. i'm guessing but you probably missed that shot by squirting the cue off-line.

105......

:>) Ran 105 just a little while ago with good position through out the whole run. There is a Big problem..............
My VHS recorder ran out to the end of the tape and I did not get the last 36 balls recorded. I have been trying so hard to run 100 again for a long time & now that I do, this happens to me........ I was practicing for a long time before I got into this run. I lost a lot of good tape time prior to the run.
Anyways on this date 05/19/10 I ran my fourth run over 100.
I feel great and a lot more confident. Maybe, I can do it soon again. I will be more careful with the tapes & charging batteries.

Thx all for the nice comments-
and for sure i m really proud of it. A good friend entered the room during the last 3 racks and when i made the break into the 80 s i was already shivering-rofl. He had a lot fun watching me bc i was more fighting than *playing*-the last 2 racks were really horrible. 3-4 combos, bad position-play. I m doing such runs not that often-so i m surely more proud than angry :-)

ths again for all commnents,

Ingo

Awesome Shooting !!!!!:bow-down::bow-down::bow-down:

Maybe you can try hooking your camera into a DVD Recorder, i know someone who does it and it works well. and recorders are not that expensive either.

Too many high numbers around here lately, got to work off this shoulder injury and up my ante !!:wink:

Steve
