2011 Yalin Women's World 10-Ball Championship

Its on studio 23 here in PI.

GYK misses on a long bank. TPC starts running out but got too straight on the 9b and is left a very long straightish shot on 10b. Misses. GYK discussing something to the ref before taking the shot. SOmething about TPC taking a long time leaving the table after her turn and running out some of GYK's shotclock. GYK makes the easy 10b and is up 2 - 0.
 
WHAT A SHOT! GYK kicks 2 rails and makes the 6b on the sidepocket. And she called it. Still tough rack. Safety battle... GYK wins safety battle. Tricky shot on 9b being so close to 10b. GYK jacks cue all the way up to draw it out and wins rack. 3-1
 
Extremely ugly rack. A lot of misses. GYK misses two straight open shots. PTC makes very weak safety, GYK misses an open shot. PTC misses on 7b trying hard to develop the 8b thats stuck with the 9b. GYK misses on a bank. PTC cleans out. 4-3
 
Well guys its time for me to cook dinner :grin: So Ill try and post whatever match I see after Im done. Maybe the finals.

GYK down 4-6. Shes really struggling missing a lot of easy shots. PTC up not because shes playing really well but GYK playing really bad in the last few racks. GYK started filing her cue while PTC is shooting and Ralf Souqet criticizes it saying its a form of sharking. GYK calls a timeout.
 
Finals is up. PTC starts to clean up the rack but lands too close to the 9b and is forced to go rail first for position. Hits rail too early and bobbles the 9b on the mouth of thr pocket. KF sinks the last two to win the opener. 1-0
 
finals going on right now....kelly vs tsai pei chen...kf leading 3-1 , 5th rack coming up...a rainy night outside im watching live on syudio 23... its a race to 10...the taiwanese getting very careless on her shots...its like a match that will be won by a more hungrier woman...i was rooting for ga young kim unfortunately tsai was better...beating her in the stages match and finally kicking her out of the tournament....

kf now with 6 balls safety by tsai...tsai to run out to get to 3-2
 
3-2 now tsai trailing....tsai to break...watching and typing hahaha,,,

dry break for tsai...1 showing kf can easily run out here....
 
kf missed a shot on the 5 and now tsai shooting...more careful now with her shots after giving away a rack and now runs out...a short break taken 3-3, going on to the 7th rack with tsai to break...
 
charlie williams taking a break from the commentary,,,ralf now joining anthony suntay,,,,

tsai break with 9 ball gone...leaves a safety shot for kf...kf now bringing out the jump stick..almost knocks the 1 ball down...me thinks it a rack that will be played with a lot of safeties after an ugly break..
