2015 International Cue Collector Show (ICCS) Announcement

I just came from cue collector show in westminster. Mind blown. Anyone who is serious about cues needs to get out there asap. Tons of master cue and case builders. Great show. Thank you Will Prout for your great hospitality. The Franklin family also experienced a serious robbery a few tusks of ivory and jewelry was stolen last night so all AZ family be on the look out!!.

I've seen a ton of pics from the show on facebook. All I can say is WOW. Incredible stuff and even the cases are extremely crazy beautiful. I wonder what the amount of money all those cues would be worth and I'd have to think over 10 million easy.

Although I was there I did not take any pics. I heard a few of the collectors say it was ok to take pictures. I was there more for the antiques then for the high end cues but I will say the craftsmanship that was in the room was stunning.

It is always nice to meet folks who enjoy the game, its history and the equipment.

I talked for a long while with Victor Stein and his third edition of The Billiard Encyclopedia looked marvelous. Then there was Mr. Bond who brought some great artifacts from the Chicago Billiard Museum, it was nice meeting you David.

It was great to see a local master there also, congratulations goes to Chris Byrne for making the cut.

There was so much to see and many collectors and cue makers to talk to, I wish it could of gone a little longer but it was nice to get to one of these shows while it was in the area.
