I've quit trying think it's pretty ridiculous it hasn't even been addressed since yesterday if it's not fixed by tomorrow I will be contacting paypal for my money back

Like I said in an earlier post – Accu-stats has fallen way behind in streaming technology and have refused to stay on top of the game. This US Open is an embarrassing endeavor for them and I think they're going to pay the price with any future streams they do. I hate saying that because I've been a loyal customer for ~15 years.

The streams from Upstate Al never drop like this. Justin's TAR matches were razor sharp and never a problem with any TAR PPV I purchased. Just saying...
 
A full refund has been issued. If, and I say if, the issue is resolved later in the week, I will resubscribe. My money is on inadequate broadband at the hotel. We will see.

Probably is. But how long have they known the event would be held in this venue? I'd say a fair amount of time - definitely long enough to test and see if there was adequate throughput for the stream. Call me crazy, but I'd make sure to do that before promoting a streamed PPV.

My thoughts as well.
 
Stream freezing. On and off. A few minutes ok, then freeze for 1 minute, then resumes.
Anyone experiencing the same?

Audio is ok, when stream is working.
