2016 US Open 9-Ball, Accu-Stats PPV and INFO <<<==={{{{{

With a refund pending, I told them I would give it one last shot for tonight's final match. I logged in and in less than 5 minutes it froze up and wouldn't reload. Full refund forthcoming. I don't see it getting any better unless the hotel tells all their guests no wifi for the whole week so Accu-Stats can stream. I don't see that happening.
 
So, I gotta know. Are Accustats going to make this right and give the people that paid for this stream something to make up for the fact that we did not get what we paid for?

I am totally fine if they can get the stream fixed and simply give me a free session to make up for the 2/3rds of a session I missed because of their issues.

I want to watch this event, and I am totally fine paying them for a quality stream, but this was not right.

When I go to McDonalds and they forget to put my Big Mac in the bag I tend to go back and let them know, they tend to make it right and give me my sandwich. It has nothing to do with money and everything to do with principle, people should get the product they paid for.

Are Accustats going to make this right?

The stream was terrible the whole day. Please admit it. Just because it works for 5 minutes doesn't mean it was fixed or its getting better as you have been posting all day.
They obviously screwed up and couldn't fix it. A refund of some type should be in order for those who paid.

On http://accu-stats.com/liveppv.html when buying 1 day pass $10.95 after log in, it incorrectly shows MIH 1-Pocket Thursday - (per item) 15.00

Just switched on
Shows frozen screen with score at SVB 4-2
Close window and relaunched but now show blank screen "Loading"
Close and open windows few more times and still same blank screen "Loading"

This is not good :frown:
 
Anyone else having issues?

This is disappointing... I've never had problems streaming on this computer, but it looks like I won't be able to watch the US Open this year. Glad I only paid for the morning session, instead of the early bird price. I won't sweat the $5.95. On the bright side, I got to watch SVB win 4 racks and I only had to reload my stream 3 times. Accu-stats' production is usually so top-notch, so I'm guessing it's more the fault of the venue than the producers. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and try again next tournament . . . .
