2018 WPA World 9 Ball

I'm watching that match now (couple games in). I don't see a shot clock and Chang is taking tons of time between every shot. There is no way he isn't taking more than 30 seconds on almost all of them.

No shot clock in use. I would like to see one used but not sure how you do it with several matches being played simultaneously.

Just saw a post on facebook coming from somebody on Chang's team saying SVB was shooting the finger at Chang here and acting Unsportsmanlike ?

What do you guys think i think it's BS to be honest.

Here is the video https://youtu.be/9uvCNfQpghA?t=5360

I watched the match and as Shane walked by he made a motion from the four ball to the corner pocket. Anybody that watches the video knows he didn't flip anybody off. Looking at a still photo stopped at precisely the right time it might appear so but that's simply not the case.

the Wu-Biado match was also a thriller. Real tight match!
I believe so ...two champions in the battle for the ticket into...It's just not so fun to watch 2 great matches at the same time but now we have one more great battle to watch in the semi. I don't remember when it was last time current 9-ball champion being in the semi of the next WPC so great achievement for Carlo already. BTW what is also interesting Shane managed to comeback from 5:8 and make it for the win and our current european U-23 champion Vitaliy Patsura (whom I know very good and he is practicing in our Universitie's pool school in Kiev) in 1/32 with Carlo also managed to comeback from 5:8 to make it 8:8 but unfortunately failed to make it for the win at the end...missed the 6-ball at 9:10 when it could be a hill-hill thriller and a decider. It was his first appearence at this stage so not too bad to feel and know you have the ability;)

Break and run for Shane to make it 4-2, but he's not controlling the 1 ball on the break like Biado is. Biado puts that 1 ball down near the corner pocket he's breaking from every rack, just like Chang did yesterday.

Break and run for Biado to go up 5-2. Once again, a very easy shot on the 1 in the corner to start the runout.

Yeah, Shane controlled the 1 that time. Biado up 5-3, as they're trading runouts. I don't know if Shane has any defense for Biado's break though.
