i would rather say that asian pool is fractured, with chinese pool siphoning off a lot of talent. it showed in the bali event recently what talent that often isn't released onto american pool, with mi le reaching the final. and we all know what the ko brothers and chua can do

Team Asia had Carlo and he played his normal solid game. Capito was up and down. Januarta looked better today. Manas was a non entity. As for Duong ?? He looked like he forgot how to play pool.

and with FSR apparently on another high. funny kind of player. streaky.

but it's not as easy as to say team asia had their hands tied with the wildcard picks. they would need the heyball defectors to be really competitive;

lil ko
biado
chua
wu jiaqing
yapp or big ko

that would be a close match.
