I am moving and the pool room is 20x20. Will I be able to fit couches with a 9ft table? Does anybody have a similar size who could post pics of their room? I guess the question is how much room is needed for a typical stance as you will be cueing over the couches.

19.5 x 15.3 is the ideal room size for a diamond pro am...(9' DIMENSIONS: 114" X 64" X 32" ) doing math...20ft -15.3ft = 4.7ft for couch on the long rail side...it should be doable.

Can you.afford a table, couches, first and last months rent? All at the same time? Mayme it is a better idea to stay at your moms's house

Are you a big boy now?

So by my math there should be ample room for a couch on one side.

You should have room. Mine is 16X20 with a 9' table, so on the long rail sides, you should have plenty of room for a couch.

Don't think you will cue over it. We thought to do that on one side of ours we just installed, and it's WAY too much in the way of your body to think the cue will be over the couch but you will not hit it.

That said you have plenty of room for a couch on one side (240 - 50 - 64*2 = 62" +/-) though if a lot of people are sitting on it their legs may be in your way on that side. And no coffee table room. That 62" is with zero space on the other side, also -- it's 31" per side if you center it.

You'll have no real room on the ends though (about 6" each end total from cue stroke length)

You should have room for a couch in there. You may have to move the table closer to the opposite wall but that's a good size room.
