24 Hour Pool Halls

I want to visit all of the 24 Hour Pool Halls that don't require masks or vaccine papers.

Does such a thing exist?

Do any of them allow smoking?

Sitting in their parking lot wondering which 24hours they are open since they don't open till noon. Things are bigger in Texas but last I checked there is still only 24 hours in a day there.

Brothers Billiards in Billings Mt no masks and no smoking inside a membership is required unless you catch up with Todd the owner .
Very nice diamond tables 4 1/2 x 9 , 3 x 7 along with a snooker table and big screen tv's .

Too funny.. reminds me of experience I had not too long ago, a friend came from pretty far away to play three cushion with me and we went to the Korean room, which allegedly opened at 1:00.
at 1:30, we got the hell out of there to go play on pocket tables.
His observation? Damn pool people. They're the same everywhere, aren't they?

Raytown Recreation in KC, an old walk-down hall with GCs. Isn't always 24hr but doesn't necessarily close.
