He has even talked about not doing anymore full splice cues not sure if he decided to go that route. In any case its a great deal.

I do believe you misunderstood. He does splice his sneaky cues as well....he does not buy blanks for anything! Also, he is debating on only building full-splice cues since that is what he is getting the most demand for.
