Here's a 26 1/2 cue that I recently picked up with a damaged name plate:

Not sure of the wood but it look more like some kind of rosewood. It seem to have a white label which I never seen before.

The white label means it was made in Canada. The name plate looks like a wedge which means it is for mace style shots.

I have a purpleheart Carom King which has the 26 1/2 veneers.

Here is a 26.5, "possibly" purple heart but leaning towards a rosewood species.....

Found in the blue book of cues that the white label was created from 1906 before the gold and red label.

Good call! Sorry for not reading better. The Canadian ones say "Brunswick Balke Collender Company of Canada, Ltd" or something. I've only seen white ones say that. It is definitely older, pre-1915
