For our second tournament, we managed to add another new player to the tournament this month, giving us seven players. Everyone had a good time, as usual.
-
The format of 10 points or 20 innings kept the pace reasonable and worked very well, for seven people. It took about 6 hours.
There were a couple of overtime games. Jamie had the high run for the tournament with a run of seven. Bill Smith was gracious enough to help our effort by supplying one his books to raffle. A big thanks to Bill! This was a big hit.

Very nice Jamie. Looks like you have a great group of players that are having a good time. That's what it's all about.

Yes, it's a great group of players that we have. Most of the fellows that have been getting involved, never had the opportunity to play 3 cushion before. The interest is increasing all the time. It only takes a small amount of effort to introduce people to the game (and a table, of course). Several of the guys have actually stopped playing pool altogether...

Is there a period of time that the vidoe's posted above are no longer viable? I watched the first two acouple of days ago and now cannot load any of them. Thanks
 
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to view the matches from our little tournament. It's always nice to know that there is someone out there viewing. The vidoes should be always be available. They(viddler) claim that they will delete videos after 30 days. However, I started using the service last year and all my videos are still online. Maybe they were having server issues for a moment? Anyway, thank you for the heads-up. I'll check it myself tonight, when I get home.
