3 fouls in BCA ?

Does 3 consecutive fouls mean loss of game still apply?
I know of notifying when on 2 fouls.

BCA 9ball is 3 fouls when its stated that the 3 foul rule is in effect.Any local tourney or leauge you must ask if they use the three foul rule.IMO the 3 foul rule should never aplly to 8ball.
