I just finished a matched pair breaker/player and a player for some local league guys.
Both BEM cues are 1 piece BEM with a 1 piece full maple core. They are 60 in long. The breaker weighs 18.18oz with a 14.06 butt and a 4.12 shaft. It has a 1 piece phenolic tip. The player weighs 18.62 with a 12.30 butt and a 4.32 shaft. Frank wanted both to be 18 oz. I was close. I could excavate the butt of the player cue but I see what Frank thinks on how it plays.
The coco/CM cue has an 18 in piece of coco for the handle. It was such a nice piece that I couldn't bring myself to cut it up. This cue is built on a one piece purple heart core. The butt weighs 16.82 and is 30 in long. Both shafts are 30 in long. Shaft 1 weighs 4.16 and shaft 2 weighs 4.27 for a total of 21.09 or 20.98oz. Chris asked for a 21 oz cue. No weight was added.
