Well, it's been about 3 weeks since I recovered the 2 Diamond 9ft ProAm's at Pool Sharks in Vegas, so I thought I'd post some pictures of the cloth install I did...before I take the cloth off and replace it with Simonis 860 Tour Blue. There's nothing wrong with the cloth that it's comming off, it's just that John is having the Mosconi Cup players at the room on the 11-12 of Dec, so they wanted to play on the Simonis 860 Tour Blue...so, here I am again recovering these tables....DAMIT!!!...LOL...kinda sorta makes me feel like I did something wrong last time...LOL

You did a very good job of extending the sub-rails, as well as installing the cushion rubber. If you do this kind of work again, try using a 3" roller with a 1/4" nap...works very well, and not as messy. That belt sander is the nuts isn't it?...LOL, no technician should be without one!!! I'll be able to help you with the stappling shortly, as soon as this year is over...I'm heading to Simonis to get started with making the DVDs...anyone else waiting for me to deliver their pool tables after the first of the year, are just going to have to wait a little longer...because this project is going to get done!!!

Is this what you mean by use a 45 degree on the side pockets?

Please excuse all the Bondo. I think in the other pictures it is hard to see the angle of the wood because of the way the picture is taken.

I was thinking about using a roller on the glue, but it was 3 in the morning when I was going to glue, so I just used what I had laying around. Those little spongy brushes work pretty well too, and they are cheap.

Belt sander is the best thing to come to billiards tools since the pneumatic stapler!! Can't wait for the DVDs to come out.

Yes, it is...that way it creates a relief for the cloth to fit without interfering with the ears of the pockets mounting.
