3cushion instructors?

Im looking for a 3 cushion instructor in NJ (preferably south NJ).

I am a complete newbie to the game and am looking for someone who knows the REAL basics, and fundamentals of 3cushion.

I've seen some ppl teach it but their knowledge on the game seems to be alot of guess work.

Looking for someone who actually KNOWs where the cueball is going.

Hi Calvin...Hope you're doing well! :thumbup: I don't know about S. Jersey, but there are lots of good guys up in NYC. Wei Chao (inventor of the Wei Table) plays 3-C quite well, and could definitely show you the ropes. He gets around a lot, and might be able to meet up with you. PM Wei, and see what he says! Good luck...3-C is a beautiful, and demanding game!

South Jersey? Wow, that's a toughie. Here in NYC, several of Sang Lee's former students who went on to be fine players and fine instructors reside. The one whom I've heard the most good things about as an instructor is occasional AZB poster Ira Lee. I'd recommend giving him a call at Carom Cafe some evening at 718-358-8585. Odds are he can point you in the right direction.

The USBA (www.usba.net) maintains a list of instructors who will discount lessons for USBA members. This might not help you since there's only one listing for New Jersey, but it's a start. I've attached the pdf file.
