There were bought along with another set for a cue I was buying. The deal went south and I am left with these because the cue I did buy did not have stitch rings. These are new and have never been on a cue.

Will these fit the older Schon cues?

Wondering if anyone knows and wouldnt mind explaining why some of these same 5/16 - 14 threads are not compatible with the older schons even though the old threads are considered the same??! TIA...

The threads have a different pitch.

I did try these on my R6 that has silver rings and sharp points and the J/Ps fit fine. This doesn't mean they will fit every Schon from my understanding due to thread pitch.
