3x5 Murnak for sale

I bought it at the Ultimate 10 Ball from Joe Salazar for $500+ and then bought another one at Vegas during Nationals.... too many cases that I don't need so this one is ready to find a new home. 6 zippered pockets, 2 super comfortable shoulder straps to tote around all day at Vegas or wherever- With the exception of adding the 10 Ball sticker to the lid while we were at the tourney, it's in the same condition as when I bought it. One of the rivets holding the lid handle was broken, and Jim was made aware of it and said send it back and he'll fix it. Don't know how it got that way, was there when I bought it. I barely used it, but not sure how much to put on it since it's had about a month or so worth of use.

I have one of those but mine has the lived in look..... Love the 3 x 5 size also got my carom cue, pool cue and break cue. Great case so far indestuctible, mine is one of the first prototypes...

A 3x5 Murnak for $400 shipped is a steal. Jim is absolutely great with customer service, too.

I have been using my 3x6 Murnak on a daily basis for 5-6 years with no issues. Jim rates right up in the top of the case makers, IMHO.

A Beautiful Case

I have a couple of questions about this case:

1) What color is the case? In some of the photos it looks brown, in others it looks black.

2) Is the case comfortable to carry with only one of the shoulder (backpack) straps in place? I see that the shoulder straps are detachable.

3) That 10-Ball sticker: How is it attached to the case? Easily removable?

2) Is the case comfortable to carry with only one of the shoulder (backpack) straps in place? I see that the shoulder straps are detachable.I generally just use one strap- because he pads it so much it's easily the most comfortable case I've carried regardless of how many cues are in it. I used both straps about day four of Vegas to see if it was more comfortable than my Hagar case. It's definitely comfortable either way.

3) That 10-Ball sticker: How is it attached to the case? Easily removable?

It's actually an embroidered patch for a shirt or whatever that we had for the tournament, just has the sticky tape kind of backing on it. comes off easily- I just wanted to commemorate the tourney a bit, and bought the case initially with the idea of having all the players sign it and give to my girlfriend for her birthday, but I'm just not much of an autograph hound, and she wanted a different color....lol

This is a good price for this case. I own a jim murnak case and love the case. He is the best case maker out there imo.

Yes- tubes are lower than usual- Salazar had a few made that way to keep from rubbing on high end cues- I never noticed a difference, but do like it- easier to get them out!
